'The creek was very nice. Screened in back porch had view of creek which was fun. We also hung out on front porch a lot. The birds sang a lot and trees were pretty. Our host was always available for questions'

'We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that...

'We were very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the coffee pot, but we managed, the owner said they would take care of it, when I let her know. The "game room" as my family called it was fun for all ages.'

'We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night...

Ask them about the Big Aluminum Boat. Casey's is "a pizza place that sells gas". You've got to try it! The house is roomy with lots of windows to watch wildlife along the river. Lots of birds in the trees in the backyard. The dog run was a godsend. '

'We used this property as a family meeting place to enjoy Riverboat Days. There was plenty of room to spread out inside and gather together outside. We took advantage of the fire pit for an evening and the Blackstone to make breakfast! The house was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this to anyone and will definitely come back. '
