'The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! 'Warm, functional home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Wood and everything else you would need to have a small fire and outdoor activities to escape from the busy life we see in MA. Very clean with a full kitchen as well! Our favorite was the welcoming decor for all walks of life. We had a varying age group but we all thought it was a perfect place. The only thing is the water does smell like sulfur (eggs). We have seen it before but if someone hasn’t it could be off...

'We had a great time on our trip. The hosts were very flexible and understanding. They have thought of everything you could possibly need on your trip that you may not have thought to bring. The property was clean, the landscape of the property and surrounding area was beautiful. We loved to watch the sunrise in the mornings from the back door. 'We loved our week here with our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beach/dock/fire pit was the favorite spot, but the jacuzzi and sauna got plenty of use too. Kitchen was well-staoked and owners were nice and responsive. The fridge in the beach house was a great plus for drinks and snacks without going back up to the main house.'

'The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.'

'Ginelle's property was EXACTLY as described, honestly in person it exceeded expectations. The setting was stunning, we spent most of the evening on the screened-in porch looking at the lake, playing games, chatting, and laughing. It was wonderful! 'It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.'
