'Excellent hotel in fabulous location. overlooking marina, quiet at night, close to Aviles Street and local places. Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Please know that a $20 parking fee per night exists although is not listed in fees. Surprised to learn this on check in, we compromised on the two nights, paying only one night for parking. Other than that, great people and location. Rooms look like the photos. Recommend upstairs rooms.'

'Very nose hotel right in the middle of downtown. It is one of those nice small boutique hotels with their own yard between buildings where you can have breakfast (it is free), enjoy wine with some life music. First floor of the buildings is a range of shows, one with very nice chocolate and ice cream, another has very nice lather items, nice wine bar, etc. it is right across the street from Castillo de San Marcos, and next to visitor center which has a very large parking lot in case you have car...

'Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire. '

'The rooms were very clean with plenty of space for my husband and I. The breakfast was AMAZING! The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. If you like old Florida and your stay to be a part of your experience, I recommend! '

'1894 house was a delight. We were not on the main property but the 1894 house a short walking distance or drive. It was a very homey feeling staying there for a birthday celebration. Walkable to the historic area or trolley stop. Staff at the inn were very friendly. '
