'The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, but under renovation. Pool was open but not the Hot Tub which is one of the reasons we chose this location. We had an issue with low water pressure and no hot water. Our room had no WiFi access for some reason. The phone did not work which was probably related to lack of WiFi in the room. Because they were completely booked, they could not move us to another room, so we transferred to another hotel. The staff is excellent and did what...

'The location of this property is prime! Steps to everything in downtown and made for a seamless stress-free experience to see the fireworks for July 4th. The hot tub was a nice touch and the jets and heat worked well. The property was clean and the loading / unloading spot and included garage parking were very helpful. Beds were very comfy as well!'

'This was our first trip to St Augustine and the room was perfect!! It is right in the middle of everything. You can park the car and never have to move it. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.'
