Mooie 2/1 begane grond eenheid - overdekt terras. Volledig gerenoveerd w / granieten werkbladen en top van de lijn apparaten. Gelegen in het hart van St. Augustine Beach slechts een paar huizen van het strand. Omheinde achtertuin / diervriendelijke. Draadloos internet!

Dit open concept volledig gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamers / 1 badkamer appartement is perfect voor uw vakantie. Gunstig gelegen op de begane grond! Bereid uw maaltijden in de prachtige keuken met top van de lijn apparaten. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. Beide slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen TV's! Er is ook een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer, die de totale bezetting tot 6 brengt. Dit toestel heeft ook een speciale omheinde achtertuin, alsmede een buitendouche.

great location to relax

This place is in a great location. Walk to the beach, coffee or a Cali burrito. These are not complaints. Just of note: - Not a lot of supplies. If you need foil or plastic bags, etc. Bring them. Usually, these things are there from previous visitors but not here. - No beach supplies. So you need to bring those too. Again, surprising. I have not stayed at a place before without these items. - There's only 1 parking spot. This wasn't an issue for me with one car and it's better than no spot. Just a heads up for those who may have more than one car. - Small backyard for the doggos. - No BBQ. So do not plan on grilling.

Incredible beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, compact and convenient!

We had 4 adults (2 couples) stay a long weekend. The place was updated, clean and truly only steps from the beach! It’s definitely on the small side, but we didn’t hang out there much - there are so many restaurants and places to go so close by we pretty much just showered and slept at the house. The fenced back yard was great for our dog too!

Great Thanksgiving

My husband, mother in law, and two dogs stayed over thanksgiving while my parents rented the upstairs. It had a great size kitchen for all of our cooking. And the closets in the bedroom are huge. The backyard was a little inconvenient going out the front door to access but we still had a great time.

Family vacation

Location is excellent! We were disappointed that maintenance hadn’t been done. The lightbulb is out above the stove. The door to the washer/dryer is missing. The wand to the blinds in one of the bedroom is missing and was never replaced. The king bed is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. The portable grill provided is VERY tiny. The grass was long in the backyard. The shower curtain is way too short so water kept getting on the floor when we showered. We just thought these things should have been fixed since we paid a good amount to stay here!

This property was perfect for me and my 2 dogs. The unit was super clean and the towels and sheets smelled fresh and newly washed. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The fenced back yard was perfect for my 2 dogs to have a little freedom to roam. Beach access was easy and the neighborhood seemed very safe. I once lived in St Augustine and have stayed in several rentals, but this rental is now at the top of my list!

The location and proximity to the beach are both great. The place was extremely clean and the rules very reasonable and easy to manage. Everything was as expected and better! I have no complaints. The house was clean and decorated so cute. It was easy to get in touch with the owner/manager. We could walk to the beach easily. I recommend this house to anyone especially if you have pets! Our dogs loved the back yard.

Very nice stay. Owner was very reasonable. Great location.

The house, location, and owner was pleasant. However the upstairs tenant complained about our dogs barking. I can assure they are NOT barkers for nothing. They barked because the upstairs tenant sounded like a herd of elephants, so my dogs barked. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us and let us explain our side. I may add that the listing for the property in VRBO never said “one small dog”. I have 2 medium dogs.... the owner was fair when he confronted me about the barking, which I truly appreciate. Before we booked this property, we read closely what was required and what was furnished. Nowhere did it say “one small dog”, I don’t ever try to “get anything by”, I act in honor, if this listing said “1small dog”, I NEVER would have rented it. The owner did say to me in the email to me about the upstairs complaining about my dogs barking that only one dog is permitted. Perhaps the listing should state this. Other than this issue, the stay at this house was enjoyable. I just hope anyone else’s stay here “, the upstairs neighbors can walk quietly and not sound like a herd of elephants.
