Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops and everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a freestanding oven and stovetop, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up giving you more time to explore our magical city.

Eat together at the dining space with a table set for six or the 2 bars with seating for plenty more, then use the entertainment room for an afternoon of fun games with billiards, an arcade machine and more.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you will also find a handy laundry area so you can pack light and wash as you go.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free driveway parking (including an extra gravel driveway for boat or RV parking), complimentary coffee and access to laundry with a washing machine and dryer. You will also have full access to the Anastasia State Park with the entrance only 0.3 miles away - typically there is a cost to enter but it is free for each guest with the supplied park pass.

The Neighborhood:
Live the island lifestyle in this modern, renovated home located in the charming neighborhood of Menendez Park between the historic St. Augustine Downtown District and the main beach areas.

Menendez Park is an eclectic neighborhood, filled with charming homes and shaded with beautiful oak trees and only a half mile away from the St. Augustine Amphitheater if you're traveling to see a concert!

You will love the quaint tree lined streets of the neighborhood and its easy access to everything St Augustine has to offer.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking in the driveway included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Bikes are also a popular way to get around on Anastasia Island, and there are several bike rental properties nearby if you can't bring your own (Drifter's is our favorite - they offer free drop off and pick up at the house!). The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Other Things to Note:
SECURITY CAMERA: There is one active security camera installed in the front of the home. This is strictly to monitor the home when it is vacant and there are no cameras inside the home or in any of the private outside areas.

PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $100 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
