Fantastische thuis aan het strand! Dit huis ligt aan de oostkant van A1A, dus het is maar drie minuten lopen naar het strand zonder grote wegen of verkeer over te steken. Het heeft een volledig omheinde achtertuin met een overdekte achterporch.
Deze goed verzorgde woning beschikt over vijf slaapkamers, twee volle baden en een half bad. De open plattegrond is voorzien van hoge plafonds en veel stroming van de woonkeuken naar de grote kamer en naar de eetkamer. De woonkamer heeft een grote televisie met kabelaansluiting en WiFi. De master suite beschikt over een grote kast, een groot bad, heeft ook een televisie en heeft een prachtige op het oosten gelegen overdekte veranda.

Dit huis ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het strand.

Er zijn ook fietsen te huur in de buurt. Butler Beach, waar dit huis is gevestigd, staat bekend als een van de mooiste stranden in het noordoosten van Florida. Het is een uitgestrekt wit poederstrand! Je zult visser vinden, fietsers wanneer het tij verdwijnt, wandelaars, surfers, kiteboarders, schelpen verzamelaars, en natuurlijk zonnebaders! St. Het stadscentrum van Augustine, op slechts 10 minuten ten noorden, is de oudste, prachtige stad in Florida ... en Amerika trouwens! Het herbergt restaurants, prachtige historische kerken, enkele van de beste kunstgalerijen en een groot aantal chique boetieks. Elke eerste vrijdag van de maand is er een Art Walk, waar sommige galeries zelfs drankjes serveren en 's avonds open blijven. Terwijl je door stenen straatjes loopt, heb je de kans om de geschiedenis om je heen te ontdekken, vaak met kerkklokken. Je kunt sight-seeing door paard en wagen of trolley tours zien, of gewoon shop till you drop! Je zult jaar na jaar terug willen keren!

Amazing place

I would absolutely recommend this place! So spacious, everything in working order and GREAT communication with the owners. Loved the pool and hot tub. Beach, shopping and restaurants all close by. One of the best vacations ever!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our annual beach trip to Butler Beach. It was a short walk where the teenagers could walk to and from the beach while we stayed out. It was clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the open area with the kitchen and living room. The pool door had extra locks, which was a huge plus for us with a special needs kiddo. Thank you for a great week!

Family Vacay

Had the whole family drive down to St.Augustine for a week and stayed in Villa Elena! The house was clean and close enough to the beach that we walked there every day! Took a quick drive (under 20 min) to the historic city of St.Augustine for a day trip as well. The owners were very responsive anytime we messaged them. The only issue we had that we worked through, was that the bathrooms with the showers are on the second floor even though there are 2 bedrooms downstairs, just something to consider when you assign rooms! The pool and hot tub were amazing and St.Augustine is a wonderful place to visit.

Great home for family

Florida Getaway

Overall, our 5-night stay went well - I give this a rating of three out of five stars due to several factors. Let me start by saying the communication with the property manager was fantastic. David and Patti were very responsive and helpful in any way they could be. As for the cleanliness of the property, it was “pretty” clean - however we did notice there was quite a bit of dust and dirt buildup on the top of the columns and it looks like somebody had walked on top of it in the dirt. We also noticed there was a dirty tissue in the master bedroom on the floor, where the curtains are at - that looked to have blood on it.As for the location, it was a great location with a quiet neighborhood that was only a short 10 minute walk from the beach. It is located right off of A1A and is relatively close to restaurants and supermarkets.The check-in process was smooth and there were no issues.The pool was smaller than what it looked in the pictures and the house didn’t seem to be in the same condition that it was listed as in the pictures. While still a very nice house, it was just not as accurate as the pictures depicted. The mentioned charcoal grill was pretty outdated, and there was rust on it. One of the worst parts about this stay, undoubtedly were the beds. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and made our whole experience much worse. My grandmother, 63 years old, ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room because her bed was so uncomfortable in her room.

The property was okay. The beach was nice and a short walk. It was nice to be able to bring pets, as ours love the beach. Parts of the house were updated and that is what was seen in the pictures- pool, kitchen, bathroom vanities. The guest bathroom shower was bad (mold, different color tiles, hair on window shelf). The bathrooms badly need an update. The beds are very hard, I slept on the couch. The pool area is nice. The owners communicate well but we had the pool light on the first night and it went off on timer but someone text my daughter at 10:30, who was already in bed, to tell her the pool light was still on. I would say the stay was okay but I would not stay again. The cost outweighed the experience.on the fiuch

Family vacation for spring break

We liked everything about this place, except it is not right on the beach that we hoped for. It is about 2 blocks away and 4-5 mins. walk to the beach. Beach is top quality and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Historic St Augustine downtown is about 10 mins drive. Close to nice restaurants and excellent coffee shops.

Butler Beach Love

Loved the location, neighborhood, beach and pool! The layout of the house was great and comfortable. Can tell the owners are working at updating the house as they can. It does need a good, deep cleaning--baseboards, the structural beam over the living/dining areas, around the washer and dryer, etc. Do feel they could afford some nice kitchen and beach towels--they were almost threadbare. And enough bath/hand towels and washcloths to cover the twelve people they say they can accommodate. Overall we had a great time on this trip. St. Augustine is amazing.

Not worth the money

The house was backed up against A1A, which apparently is a VERY noisy busy road. The house looks very unkept outside. The floors were FILTHY. Master shower was dirty and had to clean it ourselves. The house is not sufficiently stocked with towels and extra sheets and blankets. We had to wait past check in time to get into the house due to them still cleaning up the beds. We had to pull out our own towels out of the dryer to use while we were there. Yes it’s somewhat close to the beach but not a great view with a highway behind us. The neighborhood is questionable. The inside needs updating and a good scrub down.

Great stay, location, and space

A group of girlfriends and I stayed to celebrate her upcoming wedding. The house accommodated our group perfectly. Plenty of comfy beds and space. The house was clean, easy to access, and the location was perfect. The hosts were great as well and communicated quickly with any questions we had. Quick Uber rides to downtown St Augustine, close to the beach, and great nearby restaurants.

Extended Family Beach Time

We had a wonderful week at Villa Elena. We had plenty of room for eight adults and two grandchildren. We were there the week after Christmas . We had the homeowner heat the pool for the week and our adult kids and grandkids used it every day except one rainy day. It was money well spent if you are planning a stay with kids. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We rented baby/preschool stuff from BabyQuip. We even rented a beach buggy wagon to load the kids and beach gear. A wonderful location for a family gathering.
