Sleeping arrangements
This five-bedroom home accommodates up to 12 guests across a thoughtful layout. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, a private porch, and an en-suite bathroom. A queen bedroom shares a hallway bath with a tub, while another bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground level, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles provides flexible sleeping space, alongside a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom. A convenient powder room is located on the main living level.

Living spaces
The open-concept top floor brings everyone together with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring double ovens, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table. An elevator provides access to all three floors, making the layout easy to navigate.

Entertainment & extras
The garage is a game room with a ping pong table, and the ground floor includes a foosball table for added fun. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and WiFi provide everyday comfort. Self check-in with keypad entry makes arrival seamless.

Outdoor living
Enjoy partial ocean views from the wraparound porch or rinse off in the outdoor shower after time at the beach. Beach access is just one block away with vehicle drive-on entry. This property is dog friendly, with pre-approval and additional fees.

With space to gather and room to spread out, this Crescent Beach retreat offers an easygoing coastal setting just minutes from local dining and historic St. Augustine.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
