The full kitchen is loaded with all kinds of fun appliances and cookware, so you'll have a blast preparing tonight's home-cooked meal.

After a day of exploring the white, sandy beaches, come home to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower then head inside to mix a refreshing cocktail at the wet bar and kick back on a living room sofa to stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. This home's high-speed internet and free WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to get their important projects completed on time. Take advantage of the shared hot tub, pool, and tennis court whenever you feel like staying home from the beach. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have two bedrooms to enjoy, one with a double bed, and the other with a queen.

Great place, great price
Perfect location. Nice 2 BR with couch and recliner. perfect for a single dad with kids. 30 second walk and you're on the beach. Great beach. 5 miles from downtown. 5 miles from 2 really nice skate parks - great for scooter loving kids. If you're reading this don't hesitate, just book it!

Shabby and NOT Chic…
As stated in earlier reviews, furniture shabby, screen door won’t slide, NOT enough drinkware, lockbox difficult to access, master shower head green and wallpaper peeling. Drapes and blinds don’t cover windows. Was assured all mention of issues in previous reviews had been addressed and corrected but have NOT!!! So disappointing and embarrassing for a holiday weekend hosting family friends. The owners of this unit should actually read these reviews, visit the property, fire the property management company and shut down rentals for renovations. Was also disappointed the property has no ceiling fans or blender. ***WARNING***don’t rent this place!!!!

Nice little place close to beach
We found this property to be great for a long girls weekend away. Close enough to walk to the beach. The pools were very nice. And not far from other area attractions. The only thing we found disappointing was the lack of drink water in the house. There was only one regular glass, a few mugs, 2 juice glasses and a few wine glasses. The rest of the items in the kitchen were plentiful for the six people that the condo was listed as accommodating. Would probably consider staying here again if in the area again.

A nightmare
The online photo was very deceiving. The furniture was dirty and in need of repair. We repaired the dinette chairs so we could use them. The balcony screen door did not slide and it was full of holes. The dishwasher leaked and the garbage disposal did not work. Not enough hot water to run the shower in both bathrooms. The carpet was filthy. The bed linens were clean and the washer and dryer worked. The lockbox was difficult to use. This unit needs a lot of repairs. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Great property and great location. A little dated, but who cares when you are at the beach. There's an issue with the wi-fi. Too slow to be useful for anything. So just grab a chair and cooler and go to the beach

Vacasa is garbage… Don’t use them.
I got to the property a little late and figured that everything would be ready. One site said parking passes were free the other stated we had to pay extra. I prepaid for the parking pass. I never got a parking pass. Therefore, on vacation I received a tow notification on my brand new 4x4 truck. I called Vacasa and was told that we would have a pass. Nope never got it be from them. So instead of going out to the beach I had to go to the hotel staff and they were nice enough to give us one after I showed them my receipts. Vacasa never called us back or anything. Two chairs were broken, sliding door wouldn’t lock, the second bed was uncomfortable. We ended up paying more and getting less with the rental service. We had to leave earlier too. I feel like I was ripped off.

Great location, easy process but beds were atrocious
The photos clearly illustrate the dated decor. And that was not a problem at all. Exactly as expected until we went to sleep. The sheets and bed are the worst I have slept on in years. My husband and I slept in what would have been the kid's room and that is clearly for whom they are aiming. The television in that bedroom was literally a 15-17" computer screen. I could barely see it. The sheets and bed were horrible, perhaps a child wouldn't notice or care. Our friends took the "master" and were equally unimpressed with the bed. We all slept poorly. I would highly suggest an upgrade in mattresses and bedding and there wouldn't really be any problems. Pictures are very accurate. I will also say I texted and emailed questions that were never answered. The messages and emails I received were robotic sounding so I am assuming there was no real person on the other end which is quite contrary to any other VRBO stay I have had.
