  • Newly renovated duplex each with 3 bedroom 3 bath, open floor plan kitchen, family and dining area on first floor with full bath, laundry room and porch. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has private bathroom. Two bedrooms share bathroom with stall shower.
    Two bedrooms overlook the gorgeous ocean and have seating area.
    Super spacious and cozy home.
    Cabana onto sandy beach with lounge furniture, table and conversational Adirondack chairs out of the sun.
    Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to bring down to the ocean
    Fifteen minute drive to downtown St augustine tourist attraction with many great restaurants and boutique shops.
    The weather is beautiful all year round!

Great location. A bit outdated, musty/moldy basement that you have to go thru to get to the beach- not enough towels or washcloths, but other than that, a nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay, we had no complaints, and the check-in process was very easy. Steps away to the beach… Bonus.

We loved our stay here! Location was perfect, my family of 6 slept comfortably, had plenty of showers, ample couch space for movies nights, full kitchen for cooking, plenty of towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas! A few quirks included an unusable garbage compactor that protruded blocking some drawers/cabinets, could use more kitchen lighting (was a bit dark for cooking), some outlets in bathrooms did not work, (kid) bedrooms - beds better suited for young kids. My full grown children were too long for the beds.Overall, the few inconveniences did not impede our enjoyment of the property - we had a great trip! Thank you!!

Great Florida Beach Vacation

Home was exactly as advertised and right on the beach. We wanted to step out the back door of a VRBO rental and onto sand, and we sure got it! And bonus this was at a beautiful house! Lots of space for the six of us. Comfortable, convenient to town and nice modern amenities. Communciation was great and fast! Would def recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Beachfront!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beachfront property! We really appreciated all of your thoughtful touches that made our stay fantastic! What a wonderfully furnished home. Great location with restaurants nearby. Marvelous section of beach and the cabana is a phenomenal touch! We intend to be back often- Thank you for your hospitality!
