Ocean View Pool Home ~ Geweldige locatie ~ Stappen naar het strand!

Beach Haven is gelegen op Anastasia Island, 10 minuten ten zuiden van het centrum van Sint-Augustinus. Het is perfect voor een rustig strand weg te komen of een actieve vakantie! De in de grond verwarmd zwembad biedt privacy en veiligheid voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen.

De buurt is rustig met een mix van vakantiegangers en het hele jaar door bewoners op een doodlopende straat. Het strand is een twee minuten lopen naar ons mooie nieuwe houten loopbrug dat je een adembenemend uitzicht op de duinen, strand en zee, en gluurt bij de schildpadden, konijnen en andere lokale viervoetige bewoners geeft!

Wij zijn blij met kinderen en huisdieren in dit huisdiervriendelijke huurhuis. Wij doen rekenen een klein huisdier vergoeding. U zult weg te zijn minuten van geweldige restaurants, bioscopen en winkels. Er zijn allerlei soorten water ambachtelijke verhuur, golfen, musea, galeries en historische bezienswaardigheden langs de inter-kust waterweg en in het centrum van Sint-Augustinus.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was even better in person! We loved every minute of our stay. Marty provided a beautiful home equipped with all the essentials. It was truly an amazing vacation experience with our children. There is a whole cabinet full of fun! Including board games and puzzles that we loved doing together. Highly recommend to anyone and we would go back yesterday if we could.

Loved this place

The house is as nice as it looks and you can’t beat the location. It’s a five min or less walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood and down a board walk. We appreciated and used the pool and the charcoal grill. The house has a wraparound second floor balcony with views of the ocean in between the houses behind the house. Overall a very serene and comfortable place. Thanks Marty!

Family vacay this is a great stay

This was such a fun vacation for our family. This house is located close to the beach with easy drive on acess also close by. We rented beach bikes for 2 days while we were there and they were worth it! In the mornings we would take a quick walk to the beach and set up for a fabulous day enjoying surf and sun. The afternoons were spent laying in the pool enjoying an afternoon of libations. The downstairs living space worked great to help us separate for evening movies or just chillling out time The kitchen is well stocked not that we cooked much but we found everything we needed. Great shopping and great restaurants are abundant so no worrying about finding something for everyone. IMPORTANT FACTS to us: you can see the ocean from the porch, the driveway will fit 4 vehicles, AC works great we were never hot upstairs or down, there's a keurig coffee maker, lots of space around the pool, great yard for the dog, there's a closet full of beach stuff, a cabinet full of puzzles and games, the beds are firm and all have footboards( if your tall this was an issue in the twin and bunk bed), there are lots of extra pillows and blankets, you don't hear the upstairs people walking when you're downstairs, keyless entry is awesome. WE LOVED IT! happy including the sog!!

Great Week!

What a relaxing week! The house was super comfortable, clean and inviting. Plenty water toys were available, the beach access was about a block and a half away and the beach was not swamped with people. There were plenty of books available and puzzles if you wanted to stay out of the sun. I know this is a minor thing but this was the first rental house i' ve ever rented that had a filtered water pitcher (great for coffee, ice cubes, drinking); what a wonderful idea! We all agreed that we would return. Thanks Marty.

Great Spot!

One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.

All in all the stay was relaxing and the beach was beautiful. The house did show signs of pets… with hair on the coaches and because of that my sister struggled with allergies the whole time. The coffee pot did not work. And on our last night we did not have water in the house… no showers no flushing toilets.

This is a well maintained, super clean and pet friendly home. The beach access is a 3 minute walk. The local neighbors are also very outgoing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. If you venture out at night, I recommend River and Fort and the Tini Marrini.
