Geweldige locatie! Het hotel ligt in de eclectische uptown gebied. Geniet van onze rustige en vredige eerste verdieping appartement met een complete keuken. Queen size bed en een bank / bed.
Zeer korte wandeling (100 yards) van winkels, restaurants, fiets en scooter huren en attracties in de omgeving. Het strand is ook een korte 10 minuten rijden van zowel Vilano strand of st. Anastasia State Park.
Dit is een geweldige locatie om de auto te parkeren en niet rijden totdat u vertrekt. Het appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel queen size bed. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche of een bad. Onze woonkamer heeft een bank die tevens dienst doet als een neerklapbare bed. Het eetgedeelte bevindt zich in een heldere en zonnige hoek van het appartement, perfect om te zitten en te genieten van koffie uit de brouwerij in de keuken. De keuken is goed uitgerust en beschikt over alle benodigdheden voor maaltijden thuis of gewoon een kopje koffie. U vindt het appartement zeer schoon, veilig, rook vrij en comfortabel. De TV in de apt speelt alleen Netflix, de aanwijzingen voor de TV in het appartement. Er zijn geen kosten voor een van de films of shows op Netflix.

Het appartement is gelegen in de eclectische uptown gebied van st. Augustinus. Dit gebied is vooral bekend om zijn unieke antiekwinkels en wordt ook wel aangeduid als de antieke wijk. Er zijn veel grote Victoriaanse stijl huizen aan kleine, schilderachtige huisjes. Deze wijk is op loopafstand van het Castillo fort, de baai voorzijde en de rest van de historische st. Augustinus.

Great location! Space was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Less than a 10 minute walk to the gates at St. George street and the rest of the sites. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area! Only minor feedback for host I have would be to possibly add some curtains to bedroom window. Blinds worked alright but did not block out sun in the morning. Besides that everything about our stay was excellent!

Perfect location! And easy entry with good directions. However the apartment seemed unloved and lacked simple considerations for renters. No screens on windows or patio door meant a/c was required despite nice weather. Musty smell and very noisy a/c had us long to open the windows. No place to put our clothes, closet full of cleaning stuff and dusty shelves in night tables. No outlets near bed nor ‘tv’, a couple of extension cords required please. Functional kitchen but two can openers and two corkscrews but no good knife. Clock stuck at 7, I mean a simple battery is too much? Overall, expensive for the ambience.

Unit was charming, (classic old-school St Augustine). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We live in Florida and just popped in for a concert at the AMP, but it would be a great location just to explore the area, too! Nice restaurants and shops around the corner, and tons to do within walking distance. Host was very communicative, and all instructions were wonderfully clear! Only criticism is the loudness of the AC split unit (it wasn't sleep-interrupting or anything like that-- but we had to turn up the TV higher than usual and Duolingo required a little extra oomph). Would stay again (and probably will!)

Location was good. 10 minute walk to downtown. Apartment was small, but advertised as such. Accommodations such as kitchen wares, bathroom amenities, living room seating, kitchen seating, etc were sparse but adequate. I was alone, which made the above issues not too much of a problem. But if I had been with someone else, these would have been an inconvenience.

Great location and communication

Booked a single night here so that I could explore Saint Augustine on the way home from a work trip. The location is fabulous… Walking distance from everything. The unit was rustic, but clean, and the communication from the host was great. If I stayed there again, I’d probably ask that they turn on the air conditioner an hour or so before I arrived, as it was stuffy and a little musty smelling until the air started flowing, and the windows aren’t able to be opened to air it out (or to let the fabulously intoxicating smell of the jasmine outside in!) Otherwise an excellent stay!

Space is adorable and well kept. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. You can tell the property owner cares about the room. We needed bathroom towels and they were delivered directly to the door immediately. Location is very convenient but removed enough to be safe and quiet at night. I wish we had more time to stay but we were only there one night while traveling home. Would stay again!!

I was shocked this was even offered. The outside was a shambles. The furniture was morning after a two day yard sale. There was no soap, not even an extra garbage bag. The “futon” was an ancient pleather sofa that if opened would fill the entire living room. No extra sheets at all. But the worst was the grime. Looking under the silverware holder made me gasp. But the worst was no dishwasher so the only ones washing anything were the previous renters. Crusted-on food, stained mugs, etc. Never saw the owner. Once upstairs renters moved in, it was noisy beyond normal expectations. The only positives were that the bedroom and bath were Motel 6 acceptable and it was convenient to walk to the historic area. I would have left but my friend wanted to stay, but I left early after becoming ill. A full refund would be appropriate and you need to remove this listing.

It really IS a good location!

We come to St. Aug periodically and usually stay south or west of the DT area. This location is right by the antique shops I like but often miss. Fine dining is a block away, pizza and a couple of breakfast spots the same. It's a safe area as well. It's an easy stroll to the more touristy areas and the art galleries. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There is even a brick patio in the back with a bistro table and chairs. The sofa was very comfy, too, and the shower (and kitchen faucet) got hot water very quickly. Onsite parking!
