AC worked great and washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. The addition of 1 free ticket per excursion per day via Explorie was a nice add (though a little confusing on how to use at first). Things that would be helpful for other travelers... It is right on A1A and bedrooms are on that side of the...

'My friends and I booked this house for a long weekend getaway. It was super clean, spacious, and had a nice backyard we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone slept comfortably and was satisfied with the house. It’s in the best location- a block from the beach, right next to the best coffee shop (Kookaburra), walking distance to good food, shops, and a quick 10 minute drive into St Augustine (Publix, restaurants, and downtown).
