Aptly named ‘The Catamaran’, a boat with two hulls that sails as one: the home can be rented as two separate units , or as a whole house with an adjoining door on the second floor. This rental listing is for one half of the duplex, the front side of the home, which is the ‘Blue’ side. Steps to the sands of Vilano Beach, no need to cross any major roads ! Perfect for families ! About the home:

The whole property is composed of two townhouses that are side by side with private entrances /decks/balconies etc. This listing is for the Catamaran Blue side which has two bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping 6 Guests total (King bed in one bedroom, two Fulls in the second ). Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances, large dining table with seating for at least 6 and nice open living room with comfy couch and seating. All bathrooms and kitchen are updated and clean ! You will love the gorgeous touches! The Owners have outfitted this gorgeous beach getaway with Guests' comfort in mind. Wireless internet and TVs in living rooms and bedrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.

A beach buggy with beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for Guest convenience. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let me know!

On the blue side , and a convenience to our Guests, family friendly kid gear and toys and books are provided, including a Bjorn travel crib and fisher price booster/high chair. Also there are some kid toys and books in the 2nd bedroom closet and cabinet in the living room. Just a little something for our younger travelers to feel more at home and play with during their stay !

A starter pack of small laundry detergent , dish soap, dish sponge, small pack of dishwasher tabs and a roll of paper towels is provided in the kitchen . Also a travel size shampoo and conditioner, two toilet paper rolls and small bar soap are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. There is a Publix food store one block away for anything you will need during your stay in addition.

One small, friendly, well behaved dog (under 35 lbs) may be permitted with owner approval and pet fee. Please inquire if you’re traveling with a small dog and we can quote specifics and go over details to make sure we are a good fit. * Please note no pets permitted on beds or furniture , no breeds allowed from insurance restricted breed list. Dog must be up to date on flea meds/vaccines and well behaved and friendly. If you dog is a nuisance barker , our home is probably not the best fit for you.

This is a large home that has two townhouse units side by side (each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen, living room and dining room of it's own). The two properties are called Catamaran Blue, and Catamaran Red. They can be rented together for larger group or separately if there's less people in your party. This listing is for one side, Catamaran Blue. This is a two story townhouse with bedrooms downstairs and living space/kitchen/dining room upstairs. Very open floor plan upstairs where the kitchen/dining/living space is. Numerous beach access points all within walking distance of the home. There is a private balcony off the home with table/chairs to enjoy the salt air and Florida sunshine. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. House is stocked and ready for Guests to come and enjoy ! Come stay and see why our Guests tell us our properties are the most well equipped and cleanest vacation home they’ve ever stayed in !

There is a shared gas grill at the property for use by both sides, red and blue .
