The PINK HOUSE is a tropical pool home located in the desirable Davis Shores neighborhood. This rental is for the entire home with private pool. A short 5-minute walk over the Bridge of Lions, and you are in the heart of historic downtown St Augustine.
This home has been upgraded and appointed with brand new modern furnishings with every detail considered for a luxury vacation lifestyle in mind. The pool is heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter months.

We like to say it’s the 10 Minute house. The Pink House is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within a 10-minute walk, bike ride, or drive. These popular and historic attractions are all close by.

FLOOR PLAN
The Pink House is cozy and has an efficient and open floor plan. It lives larger than its actual square footage.
It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with ample space for king beds and dressers. The master bedroom has a shower. Included in the master bedroom is a Smart TV with complimentary Comcast Xfinity programming with HBO. The guest bedroom has a tub/shower combination and opens out to the pool and luscious backyard and outdoor dining area. The home has Comcast high-speed Internet(up to 1200 mbps downloads) with Wi-Fi throughout. A/C and heat are within all bedrooms and living/dining areas.

ENTERTAINING at its best!
KITCHEN
The upgraded kitchen is well appointed with all the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, and serving dishes you need to entertain guests. The home has new appliances, a farmhouse sink, ample and modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and the washer and dryer are close by in the garage. Located outside the kitchen door is a new gas grill with cooking utensils. Outdoor, unbreakable dishes and glasses are also included in the pool area.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is furnished with two couches and additional seating, original hardwood floors, and has views looking out towards the front yard and the tropical pool area. A large Smart TV is central and Infinity programming and HBO are included. The pool area can be accessed from the living room and pool towels are supplied.

OUTDOORS and PARKING
One of the best features of the home is the luscious, mature landscaping of the pool area. This private oasis has a variety of native greenery, a hammock, multiple lounge areas, and large umbrella. The home is nestled beneath a canopy of stately oak trees, palms, elephant ears, and other tropical plants. The large heated(in winter months), kidney-shaped pool is relaxing and includes pool floats. An outdoor dining area is set up under a beautiful pergola for a candlelight dinner. Right outside of the living room, near the pool, is a lounge area, the perfect place to nap or read a book out of the sun.
There are four parking spaces in the front driveway and one space in the garage.

Security cameras are on the front of home for extra security.

The PINK HOUSE has passed a thorough safety inspection required by the City of St. Augustine. Included as required are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, exit floor plans, and emergency lighting for power outages.

This property is ideal for two couples or a "friends get-a-way" for four. We ask that guests be conscientious of playing loud music and rowdy behavior, as this neighborhood is quiet and we want to respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a rowdy, stay-up-late-and-party vacation, this is not the ideal spot for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway in a beautiful space, you will love this property!
