'We loved our stay but the bathroom could use an update. I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for the pet cleaning fee. We had two small dogs travelling with us. Most hotels only charge one fee for both dogs. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and the location is great. There’s a lovely dog park behind the hotel. The lobby is very nice. The room decor doesn’t really seem to match the hotel. '

'We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Gold. The breakfast was amazing and extra snacks at 5:00pm meant we didn't have to worry about going to eat so much. The highlight was definitely the food, view and staff. The hotel is also so close to many cool restaurants, spas and cocktail bars. Parking was a bit annoying sometimes, but the staff took care of our issue promotly. We will be returning. '

'This hotel has been newly renovated and they did a wonderful job. Everything is so clean and new looking. The hot breakfast is awesome! We had to extend our stay and the front desk clerk went out of her way to accommodate us and move us to a different room at our request. '
