'We've been to this property several times and the Host has always been very helpful and courteous. We've always had a pleasant experience and stay. This is an older house as described but suits us perfectly for our needs. We always look forward to a future visit to the Purple House. '

'Kitchen only had 1 small 8 inch skillet. No cloth kitchen towels. Listing said that there was a gas grill but there was no grill. Patio was useless because the concrete is not sloped properly and it holds rain water. Basketball goals were terrible. 1 had a completely destroyed backboard and no net. Owner changed the code for the front door on the third day of my stay and didn't reply until the next day when I asked for the new code. I had to enter from the back door. The Master bed was very...

'This was the perfect place to stay for our jiu jitsu tournament! The house was very clean and well stocked (though would have been awesome to have some salt/pepper/spices/cooking oil). The communal pool and rec room were a short walk away. Our host was very helpful and accommodating - quick to answer any questions. It was also nice to not have a huge chore list to do before check out (just take out the trash). Huge help when traveling alone with young kids. We will stay here again next year for...

'Loved my stay and had my two small dogs with me. Very fun house, lots to look at very clean for a dog friendly house. Will stay again'

'Absolutely fantastic communication throughout and have to say I felt extremely safe and secure throughout our stay. Teenagers loved the games room and the villa had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. Villa was spotless and the actual neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Villa was in a perfect location, close to all amenities and I felt right at home. Highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back. Great hosts.'

'The house its self was not clean when we arrived. The pool seems much bigger in the pictures. Wasn’t enough towels for everyone with the amount of beds/ people that were there.'

'Love lake Berkley. Perfect location. Great facilities. Easy check in. Great value for money. We had a brilliant time and would defo recommend!'

Volvería a...

'Property was nice, pool was only clean for first 3 days then turned green no one come to clean til our 5th day there couldn't use the hot tub last 2 days because of the chemicals running thru it wouldn't turn on, spent our entire last day doing house cleaning with all the requirements for checkout with linen, towels to be washed being a 5 bedroom house. If we would of had a regular check out at 10 am never would of meet all the requirements without getting up at midnight to do so. Still waiting...
