'Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should. 'I liked the condition of the location, however there is no curb appeal. The yard was overgrown and not well kept, not in the best area. Inside the residence, while the floor was clean, new linoleum it was hollow and felt like it would cave in at any point throughout the residence.'

'The pool was nice! There was sun on the patio most of the day. We did have an issue with the hot tub temperature, and they sent someone over right away to help. It was a very nice house and very clean! We would definitely stay there again!'
