Step outside to calm turquoise water and a private stretch of beach. This single-story, no-steps villa is an easy escape for families and groups of any age. Three king bedrooms each with ensuite baths allow for up to 6 guests. Quiet, calm community yet just a 5-minute drive from Cruz Bay.

Kayaks and paddleboards are included, so the bay is yours to explore whenever the mood strikes.



The Space:

This single-story townhome opens into a wide, welcoming foyer.

King bedroom #1 — left of entry, en-suite bath with tub and separate shower

King bedroom #2 — right of entry, private en-suite bath

Powder room and stackable laundry closet along the entry hallway

Open living area — kitchen, dining, and living room with Smart TV

French doors and large glass doors open the living area to the ocean and patio

King bedroom #3 (largest) — off the living room, en-suite bath, ocean views, and direct porch access via French doors



Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and its own beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom.

Check-In Process

BOOKVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in. They will provide a brief tour of the property and answer any villa-related questions. They are happy to share helpful island insights to help you get settled.



Check-in arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be arranged upon approval.



The Neighborhood:

This location is a true gem, with the beach just steps from your back porch. Close to town yet serene and peaceful. You can enjoy morning walks along the shore collecting beautiful shells, take an evening dip in the calm waters, or spend the day paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. 🌴



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies. We also have a small fleet of rental vehicles available for our villa guests.

If you prefer not to drive, we are also happy to arrange taxi service during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

All guests will receive a rental contract for signature outlining the terms and conditions of the stay. Once your flights are booked, please provide your flight information so we can help coordinate a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St. Thomas.



We are happy to assist with arranging private airport transportation, taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. You can also expect a few helpful emails from our team to assist with your vacation planning.
