'Even nicer than the photos! Very comfortable home.. Cute kitchen. Lovely back porch and backyard with fire pit. 4 minute drive from our subsequent hotel. Homes across the street need fixing up. It did not matter though. Driveway could park two cars.'

'Eight guys on an annual golf trip each had their own room. Very nice place, with lots of room to relax and enjoy hanging with folks. Never had to drive more than 15 minutes to play golf. Great place, highly recommend.'

'We had a great stay. The property is located within walking distance of Old St. Augustine near shops and restaurants. The house had all the amenities we expected and also had a nice fenced-in backyard that worked well for our dog. There was ample space for myself, husband and 22 year-old daughter. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.'

'The cute property was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville. We flew in from Alaska to visit our son and celebrate his 30th birthday. We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every...

'We enjoyed our stay in st augustine immensely. The cottage was so comfortable and close enough to walk to places we were going to. Our toy poodle loved the back yard, and we loved sitting there watching her as well. We hope to stay here again in the future!'
