'Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! '

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean. Would really recommend staying here. '
