'The lobby, check in area was dark and no one was at the desk. We paid for a deluxe room with 1 queen bed when I booked our stay, got a room with 2 small beds. The room was updated and clean but not what I paid for. I would appreciate a credit of $13.98. Which is the difference in the two totals. Lucy Daluge'

'Room smelled bad, weeds in front landscaping, orange juice tray in breakfast bar had evidence of corrosion and/or mold, dirt on floor of breakfast bar, badly in need of updating. Staff was helpful but that was the only good thing about this place. Stay here at your own risk.'

'I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...
