'Bel Jou was a beautiful property. Staff was helpful but in no rush to go out of their way to help you. The food was ok. Typical all inclusive food. No where to get snacks on the resort so pack your own Not much to do but relax. The shuttle was helpful to go to the beach and Castries market for shopping. Very peaceful and tranquil. If you just want to relax great place - no kids , super quiet. I would say it was beautiful but wouldn’t rate it wonderful.'

'We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much.
