'This was our second time staying with Stay and Play Vacation Rentals and it was another truly exceptional experience! The adorable houseboat was nothing short of magical! We were provided with everything we needed for toiletries, coffee, as well as beach gear! The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach with amazing dining choices right there as well! The jet ski tour is also a MUST! ALSO located on site! The bicycles that are provided are the cherry on top! We can’t wait to come back!'

'Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
