'Had a wonderful time. Easy to find and access. The rooms were perfect sizes and the beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough room for everyone. Be sure to bring hotdogs and cast from the rear deck you will catch catfish all day long!!. Grocery is within walking distance. plenty to do nearby. Good amount of standing head room, but may be too low for tall people. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. 'Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full.
