'I booked this boat as a getaway for a group of friends, and I'll be honest, we almost didn't stay. The disappointment upon arrival was immediate.The boat is far older in person than the listing photos suggest. Visible rusting covers much of the exterior, and some of the outdoor furniture is worn past its prime. Inside, the living room chairs are discolored from years of use. 'First the good. It is a relatively new place and everything looks just like it does in the pictures. The upper deck was enjoyable in the morning and evenings. Everything was clean and well kept. Now for the bad1. The slip numbers are not visible by driving by you need to get out a walk up to the power box to find the slip numbers. No sign on the property to tell you that you are there. 2. 'So great to stay in this modern Houseboat with the water right there. It was well stocked and clean. The gentle rocking was only noticed if you looked for it, slept well on comfy bed with great pillows. Neighbors were all so nice and found catfish, turtles and a small gater. Enjoyed my days there. '

'I don't regret staying here.. but I don't know that I'd do it again unless some things were different. The closet is not usable as a place to put any sizable luggage so we had to put ours in the entry. A better way to do their AC/dehumidifier setup is needed; it is both in the closet and outside of it on one end and the other its just there.
