'First of all, we are not short term vacation rental (vrbo & others) people. That being said, we had a really good experience at this spot. Literally 2 blocks from restaurants & bars we like to experience. Parking was easier than expected based on city parking zones, but it was no inconvenience at all. The place was clean, roomy enough for 2 adults, comfortable bed. The owner gave suggestions on places to go. We like to be locals and not tourists. As for cleanup/checking out. 'Beautiful view of the Boca Ciega Bay & Marina. Pool clean & heated. Everything worked great & stay was very comfortable. Only thing was I wish I had gotten a 2nd bedroom. It was as comfortable as home. We wanted for nothing major. Was perfect for our girls week. The dolphins were a bonus & we adored watching them. '

'Lovely stay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Host was great! Communicative and was able to let us check in early. Unit is an end unit so it was quiet and you didn’t have to worry as much about disturbing neighbors. Was able to watch dolphins in the bay from the balcony :) Pool was nice and is heated. There is a recreation room with a treadmill, recumbent bike and an elliptical. It has a bunch of books as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay '

'This was probably one of the best stays we’ve had while traveling. The condo was extremely clean, in a very convenient location to the beaches and shopping, and had the most gorgeous views from the balcony. Sunsets really are amazing! 'I really enjoyed my stay there. The apartment was clean cozy. The balcony was a great place to hang out. The only thing I have to say that I didn’t care for was the bedroom had no door and the bathroom door did not lock not good for privacy. those were the only two things that I didn’t care for.
