'Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING.
