'Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.'

'The view from our room was stunning. The gentleman that checked us in, the landscaper, and a few of the housekeeping women were very kind, but the remainder of the office staff were rude and made it apparent that they didn’t want to be bothered with our questions. This was the experience both in person and when we had called with a question prior to our arrival. When we did have questions we were greeted with an “out to lunch, be back in 30 minutes” sign more often than we were greeted by staff....

'Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious.'

'Loved breakfast by the ocean, so lovely. Pool in excellent shape and super clean. Room also new and clean! Property is doing a good job of continuing to improve! WiFi also very good. '

'Property is old and units need updated. Staff is very poor at communicating and do not want to help guest. They are hateful and rude. The concierge staff is not helpful at all and the Ocean 362 restaurant is poorly staffed. You will find the concierge is the bar tender.
The owners need to get better staff!
We will not stay here again! Not worth the money.'

'Just what I needed to decompress from the hustle and bustle of life in main land America. Corina and Ryan's efforts to infuse history throughout the property was especially meaningful. It was a perfect mix of tranquility and modern amenities.'
