Thank you for your comments. I enjoy providing a quality and memorable vacation option. The pool required resurfacing but was delayed for supplies. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. It is complete and resurfacing of the second pool is underway.

I understand this guest was disappointed due to a few issues beyond my control but this rating does not accurately reflect the service I provided. First, my unit is a non smoking unit including the balcony. The guest contacted me about smelling smoke on the balcony and noise late at night. I immediately contacted management and the issue was corrected according to the guest response. Second, have no control over the power or the internet as both issues were controlled by the supplier. The outages impacted the entire area. The potential for a power outage and remedy are included in the information package. We have a generator unlike other properties in this location which allows guests to plug into an alternate electrical source and prevents loss of water. Finally, I was in constant contact with the guest and he never notified me of any cleaning issues. I would have immediately corrected this issue by providing cleaning staff. This service was always available throughout the guest stay.

The bed is a queen as advertised a and has since been replaced.

Thanks for your excellent review. I agree the view from the balcony is the best from the morning commune with the seagulls, pelicans and frigate birds in the morning. The afternoon scenery of the sailboats in the bay and passing rainbows with the brief showers. The evening sunset on the turquoise water finishes off another average day in paridise.

Thanks for your comments Simon. It’s difficult for guests to travel now and I appreciate your business. I try to be as flexible as I can given the extraordinary times and extreme losses experienced by VRBO owners due to travel restrictions.

Thanks Mary for the great review. I agree if you have a disability or bad knees it’s best to either rent a place directly on the beach or drive down. I walk it all the time so I’m used to it. It’s only a five minute walk down to the beach but the view up top is worth it.
