'Nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchens. Really liked the 2 full apartments. Perfect for 2 couples. Not enough time to enjoy the backyard, next visit for sure!'

'Nice clean home in an excellent location. Yard isn't truly fully fenced in. Was fine for our fur baby but others that like to roam could get out. Just a note to others, the stairs in the house are kind of steep. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for people with mobility issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the home worked out perfectly for us! Thanks again!'

'Property was great for our girls weekend! Eight of us fit very comfortably. Host was very responsive to all of our needs! We had a great time!'

'Beautiful home in the woodsThis place was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. It was right next to the rail trail, which meant every day we could easily go for a long or short walk right when we first went outside. It's right near the beautiful bridge with a view of Rosendale and the river running by it.The house itself is in great condition. The owners leave all the basics there, so there's salt/pepper/oil if you want to cook, soap/shampoo, etc. in every bathroom - so you don't have...

'The home is immaculate on arrival, rooms and fixtures near new. The deck/hot tub area is comfortable, offering beautiful views of a gorgeous fishing creek. Dining opportunities in the area are quite good, though limited within a few miles. 15 minutes to Kingston or Saugerties offered other more flamboyant opportunities, but for my 2 nights, local was fine. Adele was available if issues arose and I felt very comfortable. Wonderful stay.'

'Beautiful, unique stay! Julie was really kind walking us through the ins and outs of the property during check-in. So much care and attention put into every room. And the book collection is amazing.'

'We had was great time and the host Mary was amazing and excellent at communicating. Everything was perfect in the home. Thank you'

'Superb property - comfortable, spotless, all the amenities you could need, and lots of space. '

'A large lovely house on beautiful property! We liked sitting on the porch and eating at the picnic table so we could enjoy the nature views. The host was very nice and stopped by the first night to build a fire in the firepit for us. Wifi was strong, which was helpful since some of us didn't get cell service. It was a nice bonus saying hi to the horses and the dogs at the barn. Also, there were six bedrooms (one more than listed) so everyone in our group got their own room.'

'Both the house and host were great. The house was in great shape, clean, comfy and with anything we might needed. 100% recommend!!'
