'This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

'Air conditioning did not work in main areas of the home. 80 degrees no matter what you set the thermostat to. Contacted the host number listed in the book. No response! It was miserable sweating. The windows do not let up and one of the ceiling fans would not work.'

'This beach house is a hidden gem in St. Simon’s! It is a family and pet friendly, clean and beautiful, one story layout. There’s a golf cart to use to go to one of the many beach accesses or you can just take a little walk through the quiet neighborhood to get there. It is close to all the best places to eat, or you can order in like we did several nights. Read a book or take a nap on the couch in the private screened in porch entry or bring Mahjong and play around the table in the large clean...

'We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool, which turned out to be one of my favorite design details: you could be inside prepping lunch and still feel connected to everyone splashing around out there.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet — no complaints from anyone on the sleep...
