'Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.'

'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'I originally booked another hotel that ended up being under maintenance so Expedia transferred me to Igitego. There was a bit of arranging amongst the staff at first, but they made the transition feel very easy. Meals were delicious and filling. The three main staff members who cared for me went above and beyond to create a memorable and hospitable stay.'
