'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

Wij hadden een studio aan de achterkant. Als je het raam open doet hadden we enorm veel last van de heel erg drukke straat met continue verkeer. Oordoppen zijn absoluut noodzakelijk '
'The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. '

'My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips'

"Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, il est inadmissible de laisser des prostituées ivres mortes hurler, rigoler, vociférer dans les étages (3eme étage, nuit du 01 au 02 aout) de 03 à 04h du matin.
Par ailleurs, au bar, service très lent et la bière (même au fût) est tiède. Pas digne d'un 5 étoiles"
