'Villa Maria is a spectacular property! Our family of ten (six adults and four children under 5 years old) spent 8 days here and none of us wanted to leave. The private gate opens onto the most beautiful sandy beach with the warmest water we’ve ever experienced. 'The property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent accommodation with lovely pool area and within close proximity to the beach. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking distance.Set in a quiet residential area.The host responds quickly and will give you recommendations when asked. Very helpful.Would definitely stay there again.'

'De ruimtes zijn fijn en de locatie is uitstekend. Wel waren er wat dingen die tegenvielen. We kwamen aan op de dag van de grote stroomuitval en konden de villa niet binnen omdat er geen bruikbare sleutel aanwezig was. Uiteindelijk door de host verwezen naar een leegstaande woning een dorp verder met lakens die we op kantoor op hadden gehaald. Zelf bedden van een stapelbed opgemaakt en op verzoek van host rest van de woning niet gebruikt. De eerste nacht zou gecompenseerd worden omdat we los van...

'Great apartment in Beniscasim. Communication was very helpful. Unfortunately the property association needs to keep up and maintain the spa, and "gym equipment ", not even the tv worked in there. Sauna probably worked , but did not leave it on long enough to find out, because a large amount of rust/corrosion on the control panel...seemed dangerous. '

'The stay was fabulous. The house was incredibly clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the terrace area was perfect. The location is brilliant, 10 mins to the beach one way and 7 minutes to the town the other. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of decent restaurants in the area. The beach itself is beautiful. Communication with the host was easy, but we didn't need to contact her during the stay as all was well. I would stay there again. '
