'Great house, everything is there. Some things are a bit sparse, like towels. Pleasant contact with the owner, even if something is not in order. Lovely clean and warm pool. The area was a bit boring for our family, with teenagers.'

Klare Empfehlung!'

'👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍'

'Very good house, spacious, practical. Well equiped. Lot of privacy! Close to beach/boulevard. Nice pool, with a part for little children (but you should always supervise, of course!) very friendly and helpful agency. Good and fast communication. Some minor details. Like: rather smalle car space. Minor details. Battery remote control low, chech airco filter in sleepingroom streetside : it is somewhat unfresh. Furniture inside a bit out dated. Dishwasher works Well but gives strange error...

'Very nice holiday house with a nice view and great BBQ. Everything is complete, airco is working fine and although you don't spend much time in the house because of the beautiful weather it has a nice living room and enough bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Helmut and his wife are a very nice couple and helped us adequate as are the answers of Rolf Mischler in case we had any question. To summarize: we will definitely book next year again. '

'We stayed in this nice villa for 10 days in September 2024. A perfect place for families with small kids. The host was perfect and very helpfull during the whole rental process and very helpfull during our stay. Spite of we had 3 days with rain it was a very nice stay.'

'Pros: The beds and most of the furniture is new (2023), the neighborhood is quiet. Harald, the host, is a nice person. Cons: Wi-Fi is only from a lte router. It worked after the owner unlocked new volume and the speed was around 10mbits. Okayish'

'The large pool is very nice. The living room and terrace are also very good sizes. There are enough bathrooms in the house. The rooms are spacious. When all three burners on the stove were being used while cooking, and the oven was also running, the fuse would repeatedly blow. That was a bit of a hassle. When there are as many people as we are in the house, it&#039s best to hand over more than two house keys.'

'The villa is in a quiet residential area. Close to a lovely beach and supermarkets. There are some nice restaurants and bars (love Miami Lounge!) but many more are closed down. Would recommend a car to go further a field. We found the villa to be clean and equipped for most things. Be aware that there is absolutely nothing extra provided, no cleaning products, tea towels, or kitchen stables like salt. The Air con is quite expensive at €100 a week, not the €60 stated. The beds layout is not as...
