We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was. The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was. 'When we arrived the place was very cold 14 degrees and a window was open. We turned up heat, closed window and went into town, returned 3 hrs later. After returning, apt warmed up to 17 when thermostat was set to 20. And also - a very pungent sewer smell was pervasive in apt. Guessing that is why window was open when we arrived? We left again to walk to Ahoy for tennis and returned 3 hrs later to an even worse smell and cold apartment. We left that night and went to a hotel. I did not...

'Comfortable space, smart bathroom. Patio doors to garden was great as it was hot during our visit. Nice calm neighbourhood. Good bus service to city centre. The kitchen is fine for basics but there were no cooking utensils or microwave, something that could easily be added! Overall, a secure and relaxing home. '

'The property is in a brand new block and I was the first person to stay there. The apartment is extremely spacious and it had everything I needed. The location is good, it's close to the centre but also in a fairly quiet area. There is still some building work being finshed to the block however this didn't bother me.'
