'Check in was smooth. Host communicated efficiently. Property is located very local to the town centre so very easy to travel from the hotel into the centre of Florence. It’s very close to all the key tourist sites. Hotel itself was quite cosy, floors were a little dirty and there were a few ants if you happened to drop some food on the floor.
