'What a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. We enjoyed staying for 5 nights and had an amazing breakfast every morning. In addition, we made daily use of the gym facilities, the wonderful spa facilities and their offer and the swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean!! and the rooms as well. We were happy to find the following in the room: an iron (incl board), toothbrushes, hair straightener and a cream (for the hands?). Point for improvement...

At a minor additional charge we were able to obtain late checkout at 17:00 hrs.
Only point of note is the lack of international tv channels, which didn't bother us hugely as our days were filled enjoying the city sights and sounds. '

Het personeel is super vriendelijk.
Kamer is prima, erg schoon. Ik vond het bed aan de zachte kant, maar ze hebben er alles aan gedaan dat te verbeteren. Badkamer is prima, was zelfs een fatsoenlijke föhn. Erg prettig.
WiFi, flatscreen, muziek boxje aanwezig.
Onbtijt met goede koffie, ruime keuze, echt in orde.

Room was not that big but bed was okay, laundry service fast, bathroom big enough. Had a fabulous view on Casa Milan on the left and the Sagrada Familia on the right. Swimming pool is smaller as appearing on the picture, roof top bar has a real good atmosphere ms the food and wine is of good quality.

"Als Gold-lid kreeg ik een flesje cava en een persoonlijk berichtje, dat is erg geapprecieerd. Het hotel ligt fantastisch aan het centrale Catalunia-plein. De ingang van de parking ligt wel in de zijstraat en je moet even over het fietspad en voetpad rijden (wat je boze blikken van voetgangers bezorgt) en de weg naar beneden in de parking is wat stijl, maar te doen. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, een uitgebreid buffet en nog eitjes en avocado-toast à la carte. De bedden comfortabel en de belichting in de kamer zeer goed, wat zeldzaam is. De lift heeft een raar systeem en je moet soms lang wachten. Ik kon de roofbar niet gebruiken, maar die ziet er gezellig uit met mooi zicht. Een prima hotel, ik kom zeker terug. "

"The hotel looks good. But speaker was broken. Called lobby and no one fixed it. We reserved a taxi, but instead of PM they called us 4 am. The 2nd time we called a taxi we were promised it had been arranged for three times but eventually no one came and we had to organize one ourselves outside to rush to an airport. We ordered coffee in hotel bar and it was forgotten and so on and on. Work is passed around few times until someone picks it up. Come on, a 5 star hotel can arrange service better than this. "
