'So despite its name, this is not a hotel. It is definitely a motel and that is how it should be filtered on Expedia. Parking was annoying- Expedia description states that there is a parking garage with which the motel has a relationship and this was not available on our visit so we had to find parking in a busy area. 'This location is right in the heart of the University of Virginia grounds so it was very easy for us to drive to John Paul Jones arena for the basketball game and to Klockner Stadium for the lacrosse game. It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall. 'This hotel was under major renovation. There was a strong construction smell, even in the room. I was not sure if a ventilation fan was working in the bathroom. The breakfast area was a temporary space, previously a conference room. The tables and chairs were somethings you would see in a one star hotel. Not happy to pay $210 per night for a hotel under renovation. I would never come back to this hotel.'
