'Staff was very friendly. The room was spacious but the mattress was sunken in the middle. The hotel has a beautiful view of the marina if you get a Stock Island room. The burgers at the Salty Oyster are SO GOOD! The shuttle runs like clockwork and is very convenient for visiting Duval/Downtown area. I felt completely safe as a solo traveler,'

I was able to be in contact with Daniel the whole entire time I was there, which was a week. He did a great job of answering all of my questions. 'Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried...

'The marina was beautiful boat was quiet, relaxing close to everything but far enough away from the craziness of downtown. Plentyto do close by in and it’s a short drive to Key West my girlfriend said it was by far the best Mother’s Day ever couldn’t be happier. '

'The houseboat is located in a great marina with a nice place to eat, have a drink, and enjoy a swim. The houseboat is very comfortable and clean. The host has excellent communication. It is only 3 miles away from Duval St but far enough away to be serene.'
