Step outside and you’re moments from pristine sandy shores, including the iconic Nine Mile Beach, and surrounded by the lush greenery of Byfield National Park. Spend your days four-wheel driving along the coast, fishing, beachcombing, or simply relaxing in your own private slice of paradise.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests and welcomes you with a wide verandah – the perfect spot for morning coffee while soaking up the peaceful surrounds. Inside, the open-plan layout creates a warm and inviting space, complete with a cosy fireplace for cooler months. The large kitchen offers plenty of bench space and a walk-in pantry with all the essentials for your stay. Three spacious bedrooms ensure room for everyone, and the separate laundry makes extended stays convenient.

Guests must bring their own linen, including towels.

Water is safe to drink but limited. Please take short showers, avoid leaving taps running, and be mindful of every drop.

Rubbish:

No waste collection service. Please remove all food, drinks, belongings, and rubbish from the property. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.

Power Use:

The property is completely off-grid. Turn off fans, lights, and appliances when not in use (except fridge/freezer) to help maintain the eco-friendly system.

Tips for the Journey:

Lower tyre pressure before entering soft sand (18–20 PSI recommended).

Carry recovery gear and ensure your 4WD is in good working order.

Avoid travelling after dark – wildlife and tide conditions can be hazardous.

Take all supplies with you – the nearest shops are in Byfield township, approximately 25 km away.
