Kayaks and paddleboards available with a short walk to the dock. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a large screened porch for coffee and afternoon naps. 'Summer camp cabin is right on the water, perfect for swimming. Be prepared for small mice, the cabin is old and not totally secure from critters. Don’t leave dry goods out, use the tin box on the table. Needed extra blankets from the trunk for cool nights but they were there. The bed was comfortable. Only a drip coffee pot, no Keurig. Great views and sounds of loons! Paths from parking and to the water are a bit steep so need to be careful. Totally worth it. '

'Newly refurbished with quality furnishings and amenities.Very quiet and private. My one problems was the step up to the living room. The step is blended in with the floors and caused me to trip. A different color on trim of stair would prevent that. I used a chair over that area to remind me it is not flat. Wi-Fi was perfect. Tv nice. Owner responded quickly for any info. Fireplace nice. I would definately stayhere again.'

'The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.'
