'The hotel is located a few 100m from the slopes. The walk over the road is not without danger. No sidewalk. Family room is spacious and cleaned daily. Kind staff, especially Pierro, who gave that little extra attention and service (makes you a great cappuccino). Breakfast could improve a bit, with COLD drinks and WARM sausages and eggs.'

'The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. The Spa was quite beautiful and had various saunas but the most beautiful sauna was off limits and we were scolded by the spa staff when we used it but not one staff member said it was closed. It was annoying but I have to say the spolier was the American couple who made a scene in the spa was they saw...

'Een mooi hotel, ligging buiten het centrum. De kamer was mooi en groot, echter wel zeer gehorig omdat er een deur tussen ons en de buren in zat. Daarnaast hoorde je ook alles wat er op de gang gebeurde. Het ontbijt was erg goed, veel keus en smaakte lekker. Het eten 's avonds in het restaurant is ook zeer goed, alleen de bediening praat weinig tot geen Engels. Verder zijn wel vriendelijk'

'We spontaneously booked an A Frame for the night because of an upcoming thunderstorm on our bike trip. Amazing value for money, all new bathroom facilities in that area. Magnificent nature. Need a bit of patience waiting for service at peak times but totally worth it. '
