'Water wouldn’t work in the morning, so no Shower. Shade on window was super thin and was right by outside pole light so it was like the lights were on inside room. Also right next to highway so a lot of road noise as well as a noisy heating unit. The exhaust fan in bathroom was super loud also. Breakfast was very good. '

'One of Elevators did not work the entire time we were there. The shower faucet handle in our room fell off. There was no hot water.'

We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

'Mold on the wall and a non-smoking room smelling cigarets. Outside the pool was closed and full of frogs making terrible noise whole night. Our worst Hotel ever!'

'I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...
