'Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.'

The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. 'Wow! Appletree Barn is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our short break. Lovely touches like the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and the tea/coffee and biscuits made our stay really special. The property is finished to a really high standard and we could walk onto rural footpaths from the door. We would love to stay in the spring/ summer to make the most of the outdoor space and barbecue. Absolutely loved the doggy-wash hoses outside which...
