'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'I loved everything about this property. I was traveling solo but the atmosphere is safe. The food and drinks are the best. The cleanliness of the hotel is attributed by the cleaning staff who work above and beyond to keep the hotel clean. The entire staff are exceptional who make sure all of your needs are met. Not good with names ,but the manager I believe Chris is his name runs that hotel efficiently and is an inspiration to his staff. The female supervisor holds her own during her shift....

'Without a doubt I would stay here again. There was some confusion around information given by two different members of staff in respect of the 'complimentary swim' which was disappointing but the restaurant was outstanding and more than made up for that. The food was seriously delicious, the staff in the bar and the waitress service were very helpful and friendly which made for a wonderful evening meal and breakfast experience.
