'Gardens are beautiful '

'We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and nice, though there was a strong perfume scent. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great. The bonfires with s'mores supplies provided were awesome. The only thing is that the beach is not swimmable and there is no beach where you can walk to the water. There's huge boulders that separate the upper part and lower part of the beach, but the part by the water is mucky and muddy and not crossable. Otherwise, great stay. Would stay again. '

'Our stay here was perfect— 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! '

'The only complaint I have was the carpet in our room felt a little damp when we checked in, but I'm not sure if thats because they had cleaned the carpets or if it was the humidity in the air since our AC wasnt on yet. Seemed to be fine the next day. We did also get a wake up knock at around 10am for towels which I didn't enjoy since it was our day to sleep in. But otherwise it was a great stay.
