'Great'

'We loved our stay here! The hosts were so informative and accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed learning more about the property and the area from them. Also loved having off street parking. The bungalow is decorated so well! Even the sailing boat mobile on the fan was just so perfectly done for the space. We didn’t spend time in the loft but the main floor provided all the space the two of us needed. The outside guest shower was just what the doctor ordered after a beach and ferry day and also...

'If you are not expecting much then this is the place for you. Humid unless the a/c runs at 68 degrees and uncomfortable beds and ratty carpet and old appliances. '

'The host was awesome to deal with. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the fact that it was pet friendly because we always take our dog with us on vacation. The house itself was well maintained and well decorated. The only problem we had was the fact that the yard is very small and we had two boats, there were fire ants that got my husband and son-in-law several times in different places in the yard. We had a great time and the view is spectacular!!'

'Only thing that I would have the owner do extra is to advise of her property line for parking reasons. Otherwise, clean and a great beach atmosphere. Several amenities there so renters do not need to over pack. 5 stars'

'The rental is an traditional home. It was extremely clean with several updates. We were a little under pressure to book and spent more on this house than normally. The total was 400 and there were only three of us. Coffee was available. No problem at all in getting into the residence.'

'The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.'

'We had a lovely trip with extended family. Location is great, short walk to the beach and places to eat. Short drive to the great public park in Atlantic Beach with put-put and a splash pad. Host was great with communication and the check-in process was easy. Community pool was clean and gave our kids the opportunity to make new friends.'
