'Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!'

'Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. '

'The room was dirty and had a bad smell (which transferred onto my clothing etc.) There was mold in the bathroom. If it hadn’t been the busiest graduation weekend in the chapel hill/durham/raleigh of the year, and no where else was available, I would have moved.'

'The property is not well kept. The chairs in the lobby has various stains on them and need to be steam cleaned. My room was extremely muggy and the room had an overall weird smell to it. The wall paper in the room was peeling in various places throughout the room. I asked for towels at 12pm. I was told they would be delivered. I left out and returned at 4pm and the towels still hadn’t been delivered. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this facility. '

'The room was clean as far as we could see but, we discovered in the closet dirty underwear from the previous guests. Ick.'

'We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again '

'We were in room 336. Dry large 1 bedroom but the room smelled musty and urine, gross smell every time we entered, breakfast as ok, barely had any fruit and would put out 1 pint of blueberries and say they were out, could have been much better '
