Vakantiehuizen in Stretch Island

'Beautiful daylight basement with private patio in a pretty wooded area. No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries.'

'Very nice and mostly quiet unit. Cute little "Welcome Book" that gave instructions, contact information, and provided little tourist areas to go see. Up-to-date appliances and stocked kitchen. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, but everything else was clean.'

'We only spent one night here after spending a busy day hiking around the area on a 6 day hiking trip. I had decided to splurge (this was the most expensive of our stays) as the home looked amazing and just what we wanted. The home is very cute, set up wonderfully and a great location and Malaya had checked in with me before we arrived which was nice. We were disappointed there was no laundry detergent in the home (and we were desperate to wash clothes). Malaya responded immediately that she...

'Lovely spot, beautiful view'

'We had an amazing stay at the property. Very large and spacious, with great amenities. We hope to return at some point!'

'If you want a comfortable, quiet place to relax and stay, then this is the place for you. You can prepare your own meals or eat at nearby restaurants that offer a variety of delicious foods. Also, the hot tub is a wonderful plus to soothe those tired muscles after a day of exploring the area in your vehicle and on foot.'

'Amazing host! Property was so clean and views were stunning. They were great about checking in. Privacy was also great and parking was easy. Really close to coffee shops and food and water. Would stay here again for our next trip!'

'Terrific place. My only concern before I got there was the dirt/gravel road next to it looked kind of sketchy but it's fine. It was hard to realize that's where you turn in from the street to park. Inside was terrific; it really is a cozy cottage. About a mile away is a high end food mall on the water with lots of food choices including a nice fancy restaurant "Copper and Salt." My only real issue was the check-in time changed from 3:00 to 4:30 but that didn't impact us too much as we were...

'Very pleasant stay, so convenient to have a kitchenette with everything in it. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice central location, not too loud. Would visit again.'

'What a great little gem I stumbled upon for a one night getaway. The house is very modern and was absolutely immaculate! The owners have put a lot of thought into their guests' (and accompanying pet's) comfort and it shows. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax and watch the impromptu summer rainstorm roll in. Very private, especially due to the fact that the RV lot in front of the house was not booked. Even if it would have been, the house...
