The living area could definitely use additional seating, at least another comfy chair or two since it sleeps 4 it would be nice if all 4 could sit in the living area without pulling over a kitchen chair. Also, the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the day. They might have been VRBO renters too and maybe we just had...

'Stayed for 3 nights to see a show at the Lyric Theater, rode bikes to down town, launched our boat less that a mile from the condo at Sheppard's Park. we wanted for nothing, including ice as there is a great maker in the frig. Met 2 of the neighbors, super nice people, we will be back for sure.'
